About MergePDFPro
A fast, free PDF merger built by Zonepdf.
What it does
MergePDFPro combines up to 50 PDF files into a single document. Every file you add shows up as a thumbnail of its first page, so you can see exactly what you picked and drag the cards into the right order before merging. There is no account to create, no watermark on the result, and no fixed limit on file size or page count.
There are two ways to work. Files view orders whole documents, which is all most merges need. Pages view expands every document into its individual pages in one grid, where you can reorder pages freely — including between documents — rotate them 90 degrees at a time, and delete the ones you don't want. That also makes it a quick way to tidy up a single PDF rather than combine several.
It is completely free — no trial, no daily allowance, and no premium tier holding features back.
What to expect
Page content, images, and layout carry over exactly as they are in the source documents. Text stays selectable, image resolution is untouched, and page size and orientation are preserved per page — portrait and landscape pages can sit side by side in the same output.
A few known limits:
- Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged until the password is removed. They are flagged instead of being merged into a broken result.
- Bookmarks (outlines) and the tagged-PDF structure tree are not carried into the merged document.
- Form field names can collide when several fillable PDFs are merged together.
Privacy
The documents you merge are never stored, reviewed, or shared, and no copy of the merged result is kept. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, but the documents you merge are never part of that data. The privacy policy has the full details.
